WJSA is open to all youth ages 7 to 21 as of January 1st who are interested in Shorthorn and Shorthorn Plus cattle.
Scholarship
The scholarship application will open March 1st 2027. Applications are due May 1st 2027.

Friend of WJSA
The Wisconsin Junior Shorthorn Association established the Friend of WJSA Award in 2012 to recognize those who actively show support for Shorthorn youth to help make WJSA a successful organization. The award is presented annually and is selected by members who attend the Junior meeting at the Wisconsin State Shorthorn Show.
